Standalone MobileOrg via Git synchronization

This release is a major re-work of MobileOrg

The major change is that MobileOrg is now fully independant of Emacs.

• Synchronization use a Git mechanism with an SSH passord or pubkey authentication
• Agenda and the Todo list are created directly from parsing the org files

For this version, all previous synch mechanism have been disabled. They will be enabled in the futur.
