• The purpose of this project is to better undesrtand the feeling of a customer using machine learning.

• Programming language: Python, Web IDE: Google Colab

• Used more than 500k labeled sentences from Amazon to train a model to classify how happy a customer is.

• The data has been preprocessed and then trained using word2vec for word embedding and mapping.

• Trained the model using multiple machine learning techniques such as KNN, Naïve Bayes, SVM, and logistic regression and measured accuracy, recall, and precision for each one.
