Description

adds twitter_cookies.json to .gitignore so no accidental push
moves to the correct location within the running Docker container
fix TWITTER_PASSWORD TWITTER_USERNAME (see fix: install packages for contracts in dockerfile #579)
twitter.com -> x.com
