added required class for ansible to recognize this as a filter, allowing it to be used in playbooks.

In order for this filter to work within Ansible playbooks, I had to add a
FilterModuleclass at the bottom. I'm not a python developer so I'm not sure if including this in your repository would break this filter within other applications. Feel free to reject if this will cause issues.
