This major release updates its dependency on Jena from Jena 3.10 to Jena 4.3.2; 4.0.0 has been chosen so its major number aligns with the major number of the Jena dependency.
All other dependencies have been updated to their latest versions as well to minimize security vulnerabilities. No functionality changes are present other than the changes required by the upgrade to Jena 4.
In addition, because Jena 4 requires Java 11, this release is now compiled by and requires usage of Java 11.
