In testing the mapr-pacc-sample against the MapR Container for Developers I had to make some changes, and I wanted to automate the setup with
docker-compose. I thought these changes might be helpful to others.Note, this is tested on recent Docker for Mac 18.03.0-ce-mac60 (23751).
