Increment version number (#36)

I have incremented the version number here because packages that depend on this package (for example [infer_structcol](https://github.com/p201-sp2016/infer_structcol)) depend on recent changes to the project. I cannot say at this time which commits exactly, but certainly due to ones since this file was created.
