I really appreciate your work on this library!
Recently, I ran into an issue with connection timeouts caused by an exhausted http connection pool. I was able to fix it by starting a larger connection pool and then passing in the new pool name in the request config. I updated the documentation to include instructions on how to do that. Please feel free to make edits as you see fit.
