Test-data is now also hosted on RODARE, which should help alleviate this issue.

Thanks, that's certainly helpful. Do we have documentation for how to download this data?

From what I can see, it is contained in the CI but I think a hint here in the README and in the mala docs about the data download might be appreciated by users.
