If a HTML page has a <base> tag, the text path isn't rendered correctly because it doesn't reference the polyline path's id correctly. This is a problem for example in Angular, which uses the <base> tag.i

EDIT: The bug is present at least on Firefox. On Chrome the text paths work correctly even if there is a base tag.

This fixed my issues on Firefox. Any chance of this getting merged in?
