Fix pinned version module name example

Building with e.g. `github.com/lucaslorentz/caddy-docker-proxy/[email protected]` does not work, the version pinning requires another `v` in front of the version number as in `github.com/lucaslorentz/caddy-docker-proxy/[email protected]`
