可能加个 footnote 注明一下它对小核固件 ABI 有要求？（市售支持 cpufreq 的主板基本采用「北京人」的调频方案，无法被上游版本的 cpufreq 驱动。如果方便的话可以附上对应的国产系统内核 fork 相应 commit 链接）

可能加个 footnote 注明一下它对小核固件 ABI 有要求？（市售支持 cpufreq 的主板基本采用「北京人」的调频方案，无法被上游版本的 cpufreq 驱动。如果方便的话可以附上对应的国产系统内核 fork 相应 commit 链接）

这块我没有深入研究过，你了解的话，麻烦你直接加 footnote 吧。
