change tabular specifiers on title pages

With @{} removing indentation, the flushelfts are no longer needed. With the p{\textwidth} specifier, text is formatted in paragraph and manual line breaks within a long line (e.g. graduate school declaration) are no longer neccessary.

Thanks! I compiled it with your changes. It hyphenate the word "Production", which you may not want. What do you think?

Ah I didn't notice that. I'm VLAG myself (only used the title page layout). You can add \begin{hyphenrules}{nohyphenation} <text>\end{hyphenrules} when using package babel to disable hyphenation on one page.
