After some discussions with multiple users of the UManSysProp service it became apparent that the predictive technique code provided here, distinct from the UManSysProp server framework, was seen as confusing as to what exactly is being provided. The purpose of this repository was to separate the scientifically driven predictive techniques from any hosting service. However, the files provided here can be dropped into the umansysprop sub-directory provided by the server package and the UManSysProp existing server can be run locally. To clarify this I have started migrating dependencies on some files provided here that link the two developments, such that this repository can act as a stand alone module. Hopefully this will be finished by September 2016. In the meantime, you can still call the methods provided but still need to have flask python modules installed.
