Bugfix and changes after initial test track

Multiple changes:

- Bugfix: handleOnBackPressed() event in PlayIntroductionActivity.
- Shrink Avalon character images on selection activity to 70% of original size.
- Handle deprecated variables in ActiveFullScreenPortraitActivity.
- Add Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.
