- Closes Fix prompt examples in README #15. Added prompt examples in README.
- Closes Bill-debate linking #4. Added a button on bills, from which the second reading debate may be reached.
- Added contributed bills subtitle from https://www.reddit.com/r/singapore/comments/1ei4gbw/comment/lg4wqy8/.
- Added a temporary edit button on AI summaries, which link to Volunteer summaries #8.
- Fixed cases where bills have had a second reading in the past, but not passed yet.
- Various optimisations and fixes.
Try not to add actual volunteer tools until there's demand for it
