As title suggests, port to 1.21.1. I've also removed debugging tool to copy block states, as I don't think it's still necessary and porting it to 1.21.1 wouldn't be easy. As for datagen, it works, but I'm not sure how you're merging it with non-generated assets, so I manually updated resource and data pack to the newest version.
