IntelliJ IDEA 2024.2.2 settings churn

These are changes to project metadata that arise from opening the project in IntelliJ IDEA 2024.2.2. None of these changes should affect the way that IDE actually behaves for this project. Rather, these should all just reflect changes to some settings' default values, which in turn affects what's written out to settings files versus being used implicitly.
