This class manages arbitration laws during the transaction function and provides a handler in the event that an arbitration laws exception is thrown. This can only have a multi-controller bus architectures which are quite rare. This class should only be used in a situation where you have a multi controller I do see bus architecture.

This is not useful. I2c drivers should wait for the bus to become available before progressing. Its not deterministic, but neither is having multiple controllers on the same i2c bus.
