Adding the flexibility to specify a 'startAction', an 'uploadAction' and then a 'finishAction' instead of the single 'action'. The 'action' property still remains, and if startAction, uploadAction or finishAction are not specified, then they drop back to 'action'.
This is because the data sent to the server in the 'start' action is significantly different from the data sent during an 'upload' action. This gives the option to split out which api endpoints can handle which parts of the upload process.
