Added Codefactor and Codacy badges to README

As stated in commits on other projects of mine these badges make me feel
special inside and always need to be there always.

This library serves as an add-on to the SudokuBoard prokect. It adds the basic functionality of being able to randomly generate new, solved sudoku boards.
