add ledger-default-date-format to ledger-add-transaction #297

ledger-add-transaction disregarded the ledger-default-date-format, but this provides it on the command line as an argument

Should the date format not go in ledger's init file instead?

I think this was superseded by #305, which added the --default-date-argument to ledger-exec-ledger instead, so I am going ahead to close the issue. Feel free to reopen if you disagree.

@jdek I'm happy to discuss further in #406 regarding ledgerrc.
