What kind of change does this PR introduce? (pls check at least one)
Description
This PR holds all the core changes for Leaf MVC v4.x. This includes the removal of factories, seeders and every other thing no longer needed for Leaf MVC 4. It also adds schema files, new view engine support and tiny fixes.
MVC core's version will also match Leaf MVC's version which means we are jumping from v1 to v4. This is to keep the versions sort of tied together.
