pyDAEDALUS v1.0.0

pyDAEDALUS now includes the ability to accommodate A-form helical geometry in design of 3D wireframe origami with DX edges, enabling use of RNA in addition to DNA for folding. For details, see https://doi.org/10.1101/2022.08.15.504019.

For Windows users, a new graphical user interface (attached to the release) offers an alternative avenue for submitting parameters to the algorithm.
