Log you client side errors in a helpful manner

running the example

• npm install
• cd example/sickapp
• npm install
• npm start

Should see logging of requests to the express server. Click the button (it will programmatically trigger an error). Verify the express server got the error (it should log the error)

Versions supporting commonjs require/exports and a built version for those who want to roll without that jazz.
