v0.9.0 - First official release

• First official release
  • Corresponds to the KAPCOM Intro video series
  • Fully functional beta which can be fully customized
  • Two sample configuration files are included which can be manually edited to provide other functionality

The code is still rough and functionality will likely change substantially, but most of the coming changes should be improvements, not major changes to existing functionality.
