Motivation

fix incorrect commit pointer to ethereum-package git submodule

Description

This should have been automatically updated if the changes to ethereum-package where commited and pushed from the submodule.

But since I cloned the ethereum-package repo on a separate directory and did the PR from there, this is now necessary.
