Lago OST Plugin v0.43

Hi,
On behalf of the Lago team I'm pleased to announce that lago-ost-plugin v0.43, is available. This is a small release, including 2 bug fixes.

Bug Fixes

1. #21 - reposync: Use a unique temp dir for cache
2. #23 - lago ovirt start: Match cluster CPU compatibility

Installing And Upgrading

To upgrade using yum or dnf, simply run:

yum/dnf update lago-ost-plugin
