* Try to handle request even if content length is over 1MB It will error out if it's over 32MB but serve the content if it's below and will not memcache it
* reformat base.css
Clean up, use html5, and get over 1MB limitation (partly)

Hopefully this will make a branch of Gantron1/mirrorrr called labnol which contains the labnol/google-proxy fork of bslatkin/mirrorrr
