A script which organizes Google Photos Takeout files
I don't plan to adjust the script much, but PRs are welcome.
- Download your takeout zip files from Google Photos
- Extract all takeout zip files to a directory
- Modify the configuration section of google_photo_takeout_organizer.py to adjust the directory containing takeout folders and the output directory
- Run the google_photo_takeout_organizer.py file and wait for it to finish
- All your photos will be copied to the output directory organized by year and month
