Add caching of
riscv-arch-testbuild step in CI, just like it is done forriscv-tests.Moved downloading of test suite from riscof tool (it just ran git clone) to submodule so we can manage the versioning.
The only downside is that test suite is recursively fetched in both build and run, because of the way of how the cache key hash is calculated.
Methodology is the same as in
riscv-tests
