Use uci to manage firewall

OpenWrt is switching to fw4 since version 22.03. Using commands like iptables and ip6tables will generate warning messages in the system.

Maintaining firewall settings with "uci set firewall" can be compatible with both new and old versions of OpenWrt.

起初 我编译的另外一个改写成nftable防火墙规则的分支，结果无效（仍然需要手动添加nft防火墙规则）
又发现改写成uci设置的分支，编译完，其中adg设置里设置成“转发53端口到adg”这个选项并没有生效，（印象里是webui里显示过滤成功，但是客户端该有的广告还是有，另外作为dnsmaq上级就失效了）。能发一个编译好的ipk以供测试么
