After looking into cleaning up the various uninstall processes, the lift for windows was significantly different than the rest, so the linux updates have been broken off here.
This ensures that the
/usr/local/[identifier]is also cleaned up whensudo launcher uninstallis run, and makes some small updates to the OS uninstallation docs
