Fix broken styling on Transaction Details screen for Evidence and Invoices
Remove useless placeholders in forms so that it is clear user input is needed and declutter.
Split up Settlement/Dispute modal into two sections to make the options clearer
Default to 0% settlement instead of 50%
Hide text and certain parts of the display if a user is not a party in the escrow transaction.
Copy updates.

Closes #27 #23
