LPS2022 legacy

LPS2022 version (#23) new functionalities consists of:

1. Downloading Sentinel 2 data (sub-package Download)
2. Sentinel 2 preprocessing procedures (Reading time-series, clipping, cloud-masking, vegetation index extraction)
3. Crop-delineation_unet sub-package and methods (Pretrained network).
4. Crop_delineation sub-package and methods (Based on Roy, 2014):
   • Crop field delineation
   • Selection of flooded crop fields
   • Crop field classification (Cultivated, non cultivated)
