Improvements

  • Exchange bounds can now be directly set with the create_community_model_with_balanced_growth method
  • Additional example community models involving an ATP transport cost for exchanges were added

Bug fixes

Major fixes for the create_community_model_with_balanced_growth method:

  • Growth can now be enforced
  • Further bugs in the generation of exchanges due to a confusion of the method's input and the output model were resolved
