don't name file "deploy.yaml"

VSCode seems to think it's something called a Deployer Config It throws all kinds of ugly validation errors in the editor UI, apiVersion is not allowed etc. this file is a Flux sync, or Flux resources Signed-off-by: Kingdon Barrett <[email protected]>
