Downloading data via globus

Globus is the platform we use to share data from the compute server to your local system.

If you have a UWO Identity, then you can use that to authenticate on the Globus system, simply select University of Western Ontario as your institute when logging in.

A guide on how to transfer data from your share to your machine (or to another location you have access to, such as a compute canada server), can be seen here

Note: Permissions for the Globus shares are (currently) set-up independently of the CFMM Dicom server permissions.
