Pyvips used for tif reading of z-stacks in spimprep
fiji removed since replaced by bigstitcher-spark
ome-zarr added to pyproject instead of just dockerfile (was a workaround)

          add pyvips for tif file i/o

tifffile was having issues with the tif files that were z-stacks


          remove fiji and bigstitcher-fiji

replaced with spark

akhanf merged commit d746b22 into main
