Startup procedure
- Ensure roborio connected on right laptop port and wifi connected to 5142_Holey network
- Open intellij set build_and_deploy in build config. Can edit using View>Tool Windows>Ant Build
- Press green arrow, should build (with 3 errors) and upload to robot.
- Ensure left joystick connected to right usb
- Ensure right joystick connected to upper left usb
- Enable robot in driverstation (][)
- Knock yourself out.
