🥅 Mål med PRen: Ønsker å sette opp workflow for å deploye til Statens Kartverk Infrastrukturplattform (SKIP).
Løsning
🆕 Endring: PR'en setter opp en workflow som bygger appen med gradle og pusher den til Kartverket ghcr. Lager også endepunktet
/healthsom brukes av Argo til å sjekke om appen er oppe og nikker.🧪 Testing
