New support for link/tag consistency between Gollum and Vimwiki

This release adds a new script for generating symlinks that provide the ability to use the same internal link/tag syntax between Gollum and Vimwiki. It is recommended that you always use forward looking full paths for tags and links if you decide to use the genSymlinks.sh script.
