This initializes Loader() as part of middleware, not the view. This potentially allows us to populate loaders inside gql subscriptions as well. Unfortunately it is still broken, because now gql subscriptions don't return anything at all anymore. See datadvance/DjangoChannelsGraphqlWs#91
