hom is an iOS application made for the non-profit organization, Heart of Medicine. The app serves as a data capture tool for physicians and physician assistants in areas of the world where data access is limited. The core functionality of the application is to provide a tool that facilitates the collection of several pieces of data relevant to each patient. After collection is complete, the user must be able to convert the stored data into a CSV file for sharing by means of email or the like.
