Issues with bigquery.datasets.create permission

Hi, I was interested in running your tutorial and created a project (I am the owner). I followed the steps on executing the cloud shell commands. And created a "Pull" subscription manually. However, I got stuck on running the notebook 00 to create the BigQuery dataset. Access denied: Project hybrid-vertex: user does not have bigquery.dataset.create permission in project hybrid-vertex I wonder if you could shed some lights on how to solve this problem. Thank you!

Anyone can share a tiny portion of training tfrecord files, It's too hard for me to use google cloud due to many reasons.
