1.5.92 pre-release

Plugins built with Visual Studio 2012 against GStreamer 1.2. Most of these plugins will require manufacturer software and or license to be installed, and sometimes a dependent DLL needs to be added to the system PATH.

The Pleora source is now built against eBUS 5.x.
