This PR refactors Gitnow's functions, snippets, and completions to make them Fish autoload-compliant.
The suggestion comes from #51.

Testing

Those changes have already been tested with Paket. But tests using Fisher and Fundle are also needed for completion.

Paket, Fisher, and Fundle installations work as expected.
