Project Overview

This project involves the creation of a relational database using Microsoft Azure and MySQL, followed by data extraction and transformation using PowerBI. The primary goal of this project is to analyze salary data by department and gender and create an insightful report.

Project Workflow

      • Despite male and female employees working similar hours on average, there is a gender-based salary disparity, with male salaries tending to be higher.
      • The "Headquarters" department boasts the highest average salary among all departments.
      • The analysis reveals that salaries in the United States surpass those in Europe.
