Thanks for this, but I don't know if it's worth a new setting. There are already a lot of them... I guess the same thing can be achieved this way:

Hello there,
Here's my little contribution to this project.
My output drive is a RAID-5 full of HDD and I would like to setup the temporary encoding to an SSD mounted elsewhere, so I dig down a little and purpose this pull request.
Feels free to comment and share your opinions ! I'd appreciated that.
(P.S : sry for the approximative english ^^)
