Version 0.8.46

- Updated dependencies to address a crash seen in Node.js v14.  Should fix #275.
- Updated docs to address Node.js Active LTS and Current channels.  Only Active LTS is supported.
- Removed old Node.js v10 clock warning.
- Wrapped TOC in a details block.
